Returns policy

You may return books purchased from coffeetableboox.com within 30 days of receipt of your order for any of the following reasons:

• Incorrect item shipped.
• Damaged or defective items.

We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Coffeetableboox.com does not accept returns of the following items:

• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Any item that has obvious signs of use.
• Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
• Any item not returned in their original packaging.

If you received a wrong or defective item in a shipment, please let us know. A free replacement will be sent to you.

If you want to return an item you purchased from coffeetableboox.com now, please contact our Costumer Service Department by email at returns@premiumboox.com. We will respond to you via email and provide you with instructions on how to send your returns.

Note: Merchandise presented for return must be accompanied by the original receipt.
