Additional charges for customs clearance or import duties, which are levied once a shipment reaches destination country must be paid by the recipient. Customs policies vary from country to country. We advice you to contact your local customs office for further information.

We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Therefore, we provide an order form with the shipment, detailing product information, and commercial value of all items, to our international carriers.

Such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
